Alaris managed the successful sale of Incentive Plus Limited, an educational aid publisher and supplier in a competitive sales process to Electric Word PLC (a specialist media, publishing, and consulting group quoted on AIM).
Incentive Plus offers a wealth of social, emotional, behavioural, mental health, and well-being resources to help raise the achievement and fulfil the potential of young people of all ages. Electric Word PLC later acquired Quadrant, in California, a social media advertising agency focusing on customer acquisition across a variety of verticals.
